DESCRIPTION

Avalon Belltown Towers, designed by Ankrom Moisan, stands 25 stories tall at the site of the infamous McGuire tower which was demolished in 2012. The upscale apartments feature multiple Lacey Glass installations. Our design team worked with AvalonBay to select the specialty colored, orange-fritted glass which is displayed on glass railings on all four corners from the second to 24th floors. Custom Skyworks canopies wrap around the entire ground level as well as provide covered seating atop the rooftop lounge– which also boasts a glass enclosed dog park and a view of the Puget Sound. The award winning project is a show-stopper in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood.
