DESCRIPTION
Mount Angel Abbey, just outside of Portland Oregon, is world renown for its use of natural daylighting within the library space which was built in 1970. Fast forward to 2006 and Lacey Glass helped bring that lighting innovation to life in the Abbey classrooms. Thirteen specialty Controlite Polycarbonate skylights averaging 10’x14′ are strategically installed above the classrooms and dynamic light diffusers (installed by others) below the skylights reflect natural daylight evenly throughout the space.
